I recognise that reaching out to a counsellor can seem like a difficult decision. I am happy to discuss any queries or questions you may have prior to arranging an initial appointment.
An initial conversation allows us to discuss:
- the reason/s you are thinking of coming to counselling,
- whether it could be helpful for you,
- whether I am the right therapist for you.

Please note that all enquires are usually answered within 24 working hours. My working days are week days only. All contact is strictly confidential and uses secure phone and email services.

Burgess Hill train station is a 15 minute walk away
There are a number of bus stops close by; including 100, 271 & 272 routes
There is free street parking nearby
